Simple tips when trying to loose weight.
- Baby steps, Rome wasn't built in a day
- Eat small and often. Avoid long periods between your meals as it often leads to you choosing a quick and unhealthy option, when the hunger gets too much.
- Be prepared, shop in advance, cook in advance and decide what you are going to eat the next day and have it ready.
- Don't force yourself to eat things you don't like-it will just turn you off the whole thing.
- Remember this isn't a 'diet', it is a healthy lifestyle choice.
- Excerise, in whatever form you like for 20 mins a day if possible or at least 3 times a week. Exercising early in the morning often leads to making good choices during the day.
- Be gentle with yourself but no excuses.
- Commit, this is for you, it's your journey, you are worth it.
